Terms of Service

Effective date: September 25, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the BTPool website, dashboard, worker-monitoring pages, and any mining-pool services expressly made available by BTPool (“Services”). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel and adapted to the operator’s actual legal entity, jurisdiction, and service model before publication.

1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the Services only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for determining and complying with laws and regulations applicable to cryptocurrency mining, digital assets, sanctions, taxation, and use of computing equipment in your location.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activity performed through your account. Notify BTPool through its official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. BTPool will never need your wallet seed phrase or private key to provide ordinary dashboard support.

3. Mining Configuration and Workers

You are responsible for configuring your mining hardware, worker identifiers, pool endpoints, network connection, and payout details correctly. Hashrate, worker status, accepted or rejected shares, and related statistics may be estimates or subject to reporting delays and technical reconciliation. A displayed worker name or status does not guarantee continuous mining or a particular level of earnings.

4. Rewards, Fees, and Payouts

Mining rewards, fees, payout thresholds, settlement timing, supported assets, and payout procedures—where offered—are governed by the specific pool rules and fee schedule shown or otherwise officially communicated by BTPool. Do not rely on illustrative dashboard values as a promise of payment. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may incur network fees. Confirm wallet addresses carefully before submitting a payout request.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Services, interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, manipulate or falsify mining data, infringe others’ rights, or use the Services for unlawful activity. BTPool may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate steps, including restricting access, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Service Availability and Changes

The Services may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Third-party networks, internet providers, mining hardware, and blockchain systems are outside BTPool’s control.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency mining is subject to substantial risk. Hashrate and rewards may fluctuate; mining may become unprofitable; digital-asset prices can fall significantly; hardware can fail; and blockchain transactions may be delayed or irreversible. You are responsible for your equipment, electricity, connectivity, tax obligations, and decisions. BTPool does not provide investment or profitability guarantees.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and dashboard information are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. BTPool is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. BTPool may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected violations, legal compliance, or service discontinuation. Any outstanding rewards or claims, if applicable, will be handled under the relevant pool rules and applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The effective date above will be updated. Continued use after revised Terms become effective indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Contact

The governing law, dispute forum, and legal operator details should be completed by BTPool’s operator before these Terms are published as binding terms. For questions, use the official support/contact channel on the website.
